About

My love of storytelling was forged at an early age, wearing out my VHS copy of Star Wars and dreaming about adventures far beyond my hometown of Toronto.
That fascination followed me into adulthood, although not in the way I expected. I dropped out of aerospace engineering to start an indie rock band called The Hemingway Solution. While my parents weren't exactly thrilled, the decision led to years of touring, radio play, and hundreds of shows across North America. Looking back, those years taught me just as much about storytelling as any film school could have.
Eventually, music led me to filmmaking. I began my career shaping unscripted television as a story producer before moving to Los Angeles, where I continued working across documentaries, scripted television, feature films, and premium vertical series. Every project reinforced the same lesson: great stories are built from great characters.
Today, I'm focused on creating stories of my own. Whether it's a feature film, television pilot, or middle-grade novel, I'm drawn to stories that make us laugh, move us emotionally, and leave us with a little more hope than when we started.
